At Gul, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your performance; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt to track the progress of your refund or exchange.
